A morning

By 07:00 UTC, the reading is done.

What happens between the portals publishing and your team opening the queue.

05:58

The portals publish

TED alone releases hundreds of notices in two dozen languages. Many more portals follow. Nobody on your team is awake, and nobody needs to be.

06:00

ScoutTide reads it all

Every notice is compared with your products, given its deadline and translated if it is in another language. The closest go on to the AI.

07:00

Your queue is ready

Ranked, filtered to the countries and products you care about, minus everything the queue has learned you never bid on. The digest lands in inboxes.

09:04

Your team claims

Anna takes the Munich archive tender and her name goes on it where the rest of the team can see. The construction tender she dismissed will not come back.

Match

Describe what you sell. The AI finds who is buying.

One paragraph about your organisation and your products is enough. ScoutTide’s AI reads the new tenders and posts closest to it, tags the matches and shows its reasoning on the tender itself, where you can check it.

  • ✓
Every match shows its why A score, tags and a one-line reason on the row itself. Forum posts also carry the poster's intent: buying, asking, or just talking. No black box.
  • ✓
Filtered, not buried What the AI sets aside sits one click away with its reasoning, and Put back overrules it for good.
  • ✓
Or just paste your website The AI reads your site and proposes your products, each backed by the exact sentence of yours that names it. Nothing is saved until you approve it.
  • ✓
Foreign tenders arrive in English Titles, summaries and full text machine-translated and labelled as such, with the original always one click away.
Learn

A queue that learns what you’ll never bid on.

Every team wastes mornings re-reading the same wrong tenders. Yours won’t: dismissals teach the queue what to stop showing you, and AI relevance scores rank what’s left.

  • ✓
“Not a lead” means never again Dismiss three of a kind and similar tenders stop arriving.
  • ✓
Reversible, always Everything hidden sits under Not a lead, one click from coming back.
  • ✓
Ignore is different Hide one tender without teaching the queue anything.
Track

Claim it, and the whole team knows it’s yours.

No more “who’s on this one?” threads. The queue is shared, the work is claimed, and the team pipeline is the status meeting.

  • ✓
One click to claim Your name on it, visible to everyone, releasable any time.
  • ✓
Stages, not spreadsheets Watching, Bidding, Submitted, Won. The team pipeline replaces the Monday status call.
  • ✓
Outcomes that add up Every won and lost bid feeds a win rate you can actually trust.
Manage

Your proposal lives with the tender, not in a shared drive.

Every tender carries its own documents and notes. Files stay with the tender they belong to, only your organisation sees them, and nothing goes out until somebody presses send.

  • ✓
Every file one tap away Open PDFs and images in the browser, download the rest, and delete what is out of date.
  • ✓
Notes that read like a conversation Each note shows who wrote it and when, so the whole team can follow a bid.
Renew

Know before the contract comes up again.

ScoutTide tracks awarded contracts too, not just open tenders, so you see who holds a buyer’s business today and when it’s due to be re-bid.

  • ✓
Renewal radar Contracts in your space, sorted by how soon they come up for renewal, so you can start positioning before the tender reopens.
  • ✓
Who holds it now Incumbent and award history on the tender itself, pulled from official award records, not guessed.
  • ✓
Never presented as fact A renewal date is shown when a contract states one. Where ScoutTide estimates one from a contract’s own stated duration, it is always labelled Estimated, never shown as the published date.
Before and after

Same work.
Very different first hour.

Without ScoutTide

  • ✗Every morning starts with portal-hopping across TED, SAM.gov and five more tabs.
  • ✗The tender you could have won is found the week after it closed.
  • ✗Who’s bidding on what lives in a spreadsheet nobody updates.
  • ✗Bid documents scattered across email threads and shared folders, and nobody can say which final_v7_FINAL.docx went to the buyer.
  • ✗You re-read the same irrelevant construction tenders every single week.

With ScoutTide

  • ✓One queue: official sources worldwide plus your own feeds, read before you sit down.
  • ✓A deadline on every row, so what closes today is impossible to miss.
  • ✓Claim a tender and the whole team sees whose it is and what stage it reached.
  • ✓Documents live on the tender they belong to, visible only to your organisation.
  • ✓Dismiss three of a kind and tenders like that stop arriving. Reversible any time.

Questions

The questions we get asked.

Which countries and regions do you cover?

Official procurement portals in 183 countries across Europe & Central Asia, North America, Latin America & Caribbean, Middle East & North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia, and East Asia & Pacific. The largest are EU TED, India CPPP, Brazil PNCP, Ukraine ProZorro, and Philippines PhilGEPS. You can add any other portal’s RSS feed yourself, and social leads come from Reddit, Stack Exchange, Upwork and LinkedIn.

Where does ScoutTide use AI?

For a few jobs, each labelled in the app. The main ones: matching tenders and posts to what you sell (anything it sets aside stays one click away, with its reason), translating notices written in other languages, turning your products into searches, and reading your website to suggest your products for you to review. Tender data itself always comes from the official source, never from a model.

See the full map of where AI is used.

Can people outside my team see our documents?

No. A tender's documents and notes are visible only to people in your organisation. There are no public links, and deleting a document removes it for everyone.

How does my team get in?

Pick the Team plan and sign up with Google, or with an email and password. You become the first manager, name the organisation, and invite colleagues (or open it to your company’s email domain, so they join automatically). Every claim and stage change is attributed to a person in the audit trail.

I work on my own. Is this for me?

Yes. Pick the Individual plan and ScoutTide opens on Social leads, which is where the Upwork, Reddit and LinkedIn conversations that start freelance work live. You get a queue that learns your taste. No team pages, no setup, and the official tender portals stay one click away whenever you want them.

Do you track contract awards, not just open tenders?

Yes. Where a public award record exists, ScoutTide links it to the tender, so you can see who won and when the contract is likely to come up again. A renewal date worked out from the contract’s length is always labelled Estimated.

Somebody is publishing your next contract right now.

It is going up on a tender portal or in a forum thread. Be the one who sees it first.
