As of 12 October 2026, ScoutTide has collected 12,891 open transport and logistics tenders from official procurement portals around the world. An open tender is one whose deadline has not passed, or, for notices with no stated deadline, one first seen within the last 60 days. These counts change daily. Of the total, 5,434 were new in the last 7 days, and 5,522 are closing within the next 7 days. The tenders come from 125 countries and are published by 8,791 different buyers.

Where the demand is

The countries with the most open transport and logistics tenders are led by Brazil, with 1,887 open tenders. Kazakhstan follows with 887, Ukraine with 746, France with 660, and the Philippines with 629. The next five are Germany (616), Greece (561), Poland (547), Spain (500), and India (459). Rounding out the top 15 are the United States (292), Chile (246), Canada (229), Türkiye (226), and the United Kingdom (184).

The five countries with the most open tenders together account for 4,809 open tenders, which is 37% of the total. Brazil alone holds a large share, and its tenders are collected from the Brazil PNCP portal. Kazakhstan’s tenders come from Kazakhstan Goszakup, Ukraine’s from Ukraine ProZorro, and the Philippines’ from Philippines PhilGEPS. France’s tenders are collected from the EU TED portal, which also covers other European countries.

For a view of all open transport and logistics tenders by country, see open transport and logistics tenders in the countries ScoutTide covers. You can also narrow to specific markets, such as Transport and logistics tenders in Brazil, Transport and logistics tenders in Kazakhstan, Transport and logistics tenders in Ukraine, Transport and logistics tenders in France, or Transport and logistics tenders in the Philippines.

The largest buyers

The busiest buyers, measured by open tenders each, are concentrated in a few countries. The Ministry of Railways, India leads with 327 open tenders. In Greece, ΥΠΟΥΡΓΕΙΟ ΚΛΙΜΑΤΙΚΗΣ ΚΡΙΣΗΣ ΚΑΙ ΠΟΛΙΤΙΚΗΣ ΠΡΟΣΤΑΣΙΑΣ has 52 open tenders, and ΥΠΟΥΡΓΕΙΟ ΕΘΝΙΚΗΣ ΑΜΥΝΑΣ has 40. The Department of Public Works and Government Services (PSPC), Canada has 29, and MINISTERIO DE OBRAS PUBLICAS DIREC CION GRAL DE OO PP DCYF, Chile has 27.

Other active buyers include ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΗ ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑ ΣΥΜΜΕΤΟΧΩΝ ΚΑΙ ΠΕΡΙΟΥΣΙΑΣ ΑΕ, Greece (27), COMANDO DO EXERCITO, Brazil (26), MINISTERE DE L'ECONOMIE ET DES FINANCES, Madagascar (26), MINISTERE DES TRAVAUX PUBLICS, Madagascar (23), and ΥΠΟΥΡΓΕΙΟ ΠΡΟΣΤΑΣΙΑΣ ΤΟΥ ΠΟΛΙΤΗ, Greece (23).

The five busiest buyers together account for 475 open tenders, which is 4% of the total. This means the demand is spread widely: no single buyer dominates the sector, and most of the 8,791 buyers have only a handful of open tenders.

What contracts are worth

Of the 12,891 open tenders, 7,310 carry a stated value as ScoutTide reads the notice. That is 57% of the total. The remaining tenders do not state a value in the notice.

For tenders with stated values in EUR, there are 1,886 such tenders. The median value is EUR 265,000, with the middle half of values falling between EUR 40,000 and EUR 1,200,000. This range includes many mid-sized contracts, from small equipment purchases to larger infrastructure works.

For tenders with stated values in BRL, there are 1,664. The median is BRL 345,199, and the middle half falls between BRL 100,110 and BRL 1,178,102. Brazil’s tenders, collected from the PNCP portal, make up a large share of the total open tenders, so this currency appears often.

For tenders with stated values in KZT, there are 887. The median is KZT 181,034, with the middle half between KZT 45,000 and KZT 1,291,552. These come from Kazakhstan’s Goszakup portal.

The figures above describe only the tenders where a value appears.

Deadlines and time to bid

Most open tenders have a stated deadline. Of the 12,891 open tenders, 5,512 close in under 7 days, 5,978 close in 7 to 29 days, 436 close in 30 to 59 days, and 851 close in 60 days or more. Only 114 open tenders have no stated deadline.

The median days left until the deadline is 7. That means half of the open tenders with a stated deadline close within a week, so acting quickly matters. The median days between a notice first appearing and its deadline is 17, which gives a sense of how long buyers typically leave a tender open.

For a company tracking this sector, the short window on many tenders means daily monitoring is useful. The busiest periods are the next 7 days, when 5,522 tenders are scheduled to close.

Tracking tenders across countries

The open tenders ScoutTide has collected come from official procurement portals. The sources with the most open tenders are EU TED (2,815 tenders, at EU TED), Brazil PNCP (1,886), Kazakhstan Goszakup (887, at Kazakhstan Goszakup), Ukraine ProZorro (740, at Ukraine ProZorro), Philippines PhilGEPS (602, at Philippines PhilGEPS), Greece KIMDIS (494, at Greece KIMDIS), India CPPP (459, at India CPPP), and Germany Vergabe (362).

Each portal publishes its own registration requirements, and readers should check them there before bidding. ScoutTide collects open tenders from these official sources, matches them against what a company sells, sends a daily list of new matches, and shows titles in English. It does not replace the official portals.

The counts in this article are as of 12 October 2026 and change daily. New tenders appear and deadlines pass, so the ranking of countries and buyers shifts over time.
