A presente solicitação tem por objeto a contratação de empresa especializada para a prestação de serviços de mão de obra de manutenção preventiva e corretiva no veículo de placa RBW-1G47, modelo MERCEDES-BENZ SPRINTER 416, ano 2020/2021, pertencente à frota do Transporte Escolar Municipal de Padre Bernardo-GO. Os serviços destinam-se à correção das irregularidades identificadas para a vistoria e à obtenção de resultado favorável perante o DETRAN. A contratação é necessária e urgente em razão da vistoria obrigatória. Como o procedimento de credenciamento ainda não foi concluído, tornou-se indispensável instaurar contratação direta específica para o veículo de placa RBW-1G47. O enquadramento jurídico decorre do art. 75, inciso I, da Lei nº 14.133/2021, aplicável aos serviços de manutenção de veículos automotores, cujo limite atualizado para o exercício de 2026 é de R$ 130.984,20, conforme o Decreto Federal nº 12.807, de 29 de dezembro de 2025. În engleză: The purpose of this request is the contracting of a specialised company for the provision of preventive and corrective maintenance labour services on the vehicle with licence plate RBW-1G47, model MERCEDES-BENZ SPRINTER 416, year 2020/2021, belonging to the fleet of the Municipal School Transport of Padre Bernardo-GO.
