O presente Termo de Referência tem por objeto a aquisição de persianas destinadas ao refeitório da Estação Radiogoniométrica da Marinha do Brasil no Rio Grande, visando proporcionar melhores condições de conforto térmico e visual, controle da incidência de luz solar e adequação do ambiente para a realização das refeições. A aquisição justifica-se pela necessidade de melhorar as condições de utilização do refeitório, minimizando o ofuscamento causado pela incidência direta da luz solar e contribuindo para um ambiente mais confortável e funcional para os militares e demais usuários. A instalação das persianas permitirá o controle da luminosidade natural, favorecendo o bem-estar durante as refeições e contribuindo para a melhoria das condições de uso e conservação do ambiente.

Anglicky: The object of this Terms of Reference is the acquisition of blinds intended for the cafeteria of the Radio Direction Finding Station of the Brazilian Navy in Rio Grande, aiming to provide better thermal and visual comfort conditions, control of sunlight incidence and adequacy of the environment for meals. The acquisition is justified by the need to improve the conditions of use of the cafeteria, minimising the glare caused by direct sunlight and contributing to a more comfortable and functional environment for military personnel and other users. The installation of the blinds will allow control of natural light, favouring well-being during meals and contributing to the improvement of the conditions of use and conservation of the environment.
