На английском: The project includes the full development of the Al-Qurm commercial area in accordance with the approved drawings and specifications. It includes road and infrastructure works, construction works, landscaping, and external services. It also includes the installation of street furniture, playground equipment, and fountains. The contractor is responsible for testing, commissioning, final handover, and compliance with quality and safety requirements.
