Contratação de empresa especializada para prestação de serviços continuados de Tecnologia da Informação, mediante solução integrada compreendendo a disponibilização, em regime de locação, de equipamentos de firewall e servidor; implantação e migração da estrutura local e remota; a manutenção preventiva e corretiva e monitoramento 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana (24/7) de servidores, equipamentos de rede, estações de trabalho, firewall, proxy e sistemas de backup. A solução deverá contemplar, ainda, a implementação e gestão de backup redundante, em ambiente local e em nuvem, o fornecimento de licenças de antivírus para computadores e servidores da rede e a disponibilização de suporte técnico presencial dedicado.

Στα αγγλικά: Contracting of a specialised company for the provision of continued Information Technology services, through an integrated solution comprising the provision, under a leasing arrangement, of firewall and server equipment; implementation and migration of the local and remote structure; preventive and corrective maintenance and 24-hour, 7-days-a-week (24/7) monitoring of servers, network equipment, workstations, firewall, proxy and backup systems. The solution must also include the implementation and management of redundant backup, in a local and cloud environment, the supply of antivirus licences for the network's computers and servers and the provision of dedicated on-site technical support.
