O presente Edital tem como objetivo o Credenciamento de Pessoas Jurídicas, Operadoras/seguradoras de Plano de Saúde particular, autorizadas pela Agência Nacional de Saúde Suplementar - ANS, que deverão prestar os serviços de ATENDIMENTO MÉDICO-HOSPITALAR E AMBULATORIAL COM OBSTETRÍCIA , TRATAMENTOS, EXAMES COMPLEMENTARES E TERAPIA, INCLUINDO CENTRO DE TERAPIA INTENSIVA EM CARÁTER ELETIVO, EMERGENCIAL E DE URGÊNCIA EM HOSPITAIS E CLÍNICAS PRÓPRIAS, CONVENIADAS OU REFERENCIADAS EM DOENÇAS RECONHECIDAS OU QUE VIEREM A SER RECONHECIDAS NA CLASSIFICAÇÃO DE DOENÇAS DA ANS, COM QUARTO SEMI-PRIVATIVO (ENFERMARIA), SEM COPARTICIPAÇÃO, COM LIVRE ADESÃO DOS BENEFICIÁRIOS, PARA OS EMPREGADOS DO CREA-AP, COM ABRANGÊNCIA REGIONAL E NACIONAL, PARA OS CASOS DE URGÊNCIA E EMERGÊNCIA, NA MODALIDADE COLETIVO EMPRESARIAL, conforme Termo de Referência, Anexo I.
