يهدف هذا المشروع إلى تعيين مزوّد تقني لتطوير وتشغيل منصة وكلاء ذكاء اصطناعي مؤسسية لـ 80 مستخدمًا في وحدة الاستثمار بصندوق الحماية الاجتماعية. تجمع المنصة بين أتمتة سير العمل والمحادثة الذكية وتحليل المستندات لدعم أقسام الاستثمار والامتثال والعمليات والعقارات والشؤون الإدارية. ويجب أن تكون آمنة وخاضعة للحوكمة، ومستضافة بالكامل داخل سلطنة عُمان، وأن تُبقي القرار بيد الإنسان بحيث تدعم الحكم المهني ولا تحل محله، مع تحقيق تحسينات ملموسة في الكفاءة وفق مؤشرات أداء الأقسام.

На английском: This project aims to appoint a technical provider to develop and operate an institutional AI agent platform for 80 users in the Investment Unit of the Social Protection Fund. The platform combines workflow automation, intelligent chat and document analysis to support the investment, compliance, operations, real estate and administrative departments. It must be secure and governed, fully hosted within the Sultanate of Oman, and keep the human in the loop so that it supports professional judgment rather than replacing it, while achieving tangible efficiency improvements according to departmental performance indicators.

The scope of work of this tender includes both the Authority's building in Muscat and the Special Economic Zone in Duqm, and involves replacing some of the existing network transformers with new equipment that enjoys full technical support.
