Contratação de serviços de continuados de limpeza e conservação de áreas internas, externas, esquadrias face internas das dependências da Base de Administração e Apoio da 1ª Região Militar, Companhia de Comando da 1ª Região Militar, 1º Centro de Gestão, Contabilidade e Finanças do Exército, Biblioteca do Exército, Base Administrativa do Complexo de Saúde RJ, Comando da 1ª Região Militar e as áreas comuns do Palácio Duque de Caxias, que compreenderá, além da mão de obra, o fornecimento de todos os insumos e materiais e o emprego de equipamentos necessários à execução dos serviços.
