Contratação de franquia de serviços contínuos de telefonia fixa em tecnologia digital baseada em protocolo SIP, incluindo o fornecimento, operação e manutenção de solução de PABX IP hospedado em nuvem, integrada à Central Telefônica do MAPA, com disponibilização de no mínimo 100 ramais SIP, suporte à Discagem Direta a Ramal (DDR), portabilidade numérica, troncos SIP com IP público, chamadas ilimitadas nas modalidades do STFC (local e LDN), e funcionalidades corporativas como transferência, conferência, URA, filas e histórico de chamadas. A contratada deverá fornecer aparelhos telefônicos IP compatíveis com SIP, em regime de comodato, com suporte a PoE, TLS /SRTP, CODECs G.711/G.729/G.722, e duas portas Gigabit, incluindo instalação, configuração e substituição em caso de defeito, bem como suporte técnico 24x7, manutenção preventiva e corretiva, relatórios detalhados de chamadas e logística reversa de aparelhos obsoletos, em proveito do LFDA-PE.

Στα αγγλικά: Contracting of a franchise for continuous fixed telephony services in digital technology based on the SIP protocol, including the supply, operation and maintenance of a cloud-hosted IP PABX solution, integrated with the MAPA Telephone Exchange, with the provision of at least 100 SIP extensions, support for Direct Inward Dialing (DID), number portability, SIP trunks with public IP, unlimited calls in the STFC modalities (local and LDN), and corporate features such as transfer, conferencing, IVR, queues and call history. The contractor must supply SIP-compatible IP telephone devices, under a loan agreement, with support for PoE, TLS/SRTP, G.711/G.729/G.722 CODECs, and two Gigabit ports, including installation, configuration and replacement in case of defect, as well as 24x7 technical support, preventive and corrective maintenance, detailed call reports and reverse logistics of obsolete devices, for the benefit of LFDA-PE.
