CONTRATAÇÃO de empresa especializada para elaboração de estudo ambiental destinado à instrução e abertura de processo administrativo junto ao órgão ambiental estadual, com vistas à obtenção de Licença Ambiental Única (LAU), para empreendimento enquadrado no CODRAM 3541.90 - Monitoramento de Área Degradada pela Disposição de Resíduos Sólidos Urbanos, contemplando a realização da etapa de Avaliação Preliminar prevista na Diretriz Técnica FEPAM nº 003/2021 - DIRTEC.O objeto compreende a área da antiga Central de Triagem e das células de resíduos sólidos urbanos do Município de Estância Velha/RS, localizada na Estrada do Terminal, s/nº, com área aproximada de 8.680 m², em conformidade com o Termo de referência, anexo a este instrumento.

Angolul: CONTRACTING of a specialized company for the preparation of an environmental study for the instruction and opening of an administrative process with the state environmental agency, with a view to obtaining a Single Environmental License (LAU), for an enterprise classified under CODRAM 3541.90 - Monitoring of Degraded Area by Disposal of Urban Solid Waste, including the execution of the Preliminary Assessment stage provided for in FEPAM Technical Directive nº 003/2021 - DIRTEC. The object comprises the area of the former Sorting Center and the urban solid waste cells of the Municipality of Estância Velha/RS, located at Estrada do Terminal, s/nº, with an approximate area of 8,680 m², in accordance with the Terms of Reference, attached to this instrument.
