Considerando o Termo de Ajustamento de Conduta (TAC) firmado entre o IBGE e o Ministério Público do Trabalho (MPT), faz-se necessária a contratação de empresa de medicina e/ou de saúde e segurança do trabalho, para realizar a elaboração do Programa de Gerenciamento de Riscos (PGR) e do Laudo Técnico das Condições Ambientais do Trabalho (LTCAT) da unidade do IBGE em Pernambuco, que ainda não dispõe desse documento.
