The purpose of this contracting is to meet the need to improve the infrastructure for the storage and preservation of foodstuffs, aiming to ensure adequate conditions of temperature, hygiene, organization and packaging, in compliance with the sanitary requirements established by Resolution RDC No. 216/2004 of the National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA) and by the provisions of INFOTEC 30-5/2024 of the Navy Supply Directorate. The need arises from the importance of ensuring the adequate preservation of food, especially perishable foodstuffs, in order to preserve their nutritional, physical and sensory characteristics, extend their shelf life and reduce losses resulting from deterioration caused by inadequate storage conditions.
