A presente contratação tem por finalidade atender à necessidade de aprimoramento da infraestrutura de armazenamento e conservação de gêneros alimentícios, visando assegurar condições adequadas de temperatura, higiene, organização e acondicionamento, em conformidade com os requisitos sanitários estabelecidos pela Resolução RDC nº 216/2004 da Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária (ANVISA) e pelas disposições da INFOTEC 30-5/2024 da Diretoria de Abastecimento da Marinha. A necessidade decorre da importância de garantir a conservação adequada dos alimentos, especialmente dos gêneros perecíveis, de modo a preservar suas características nutricionais, físicas e sensoriais, prolongar sua vida útil e reduzir as perdas decorrentes da deterioração ocasionada por condições inadequadas de armazenamento. Nesse contexto, a disponibilização de estrutura frigorífica apropriada constitui medida essencial para o controle das condições de conservação, a prevenção de riscos de contaminação e a manutençã

अंग्रेज़ी में: The purpose of this contracting is to meet the need to improve the infrastructure for the storage and preservation of foodstuffs, aiming to ensure adequate conditions of temperature, hygiene, organization and packaging, in compliance with the sanitary requirements established by Resolution RDC No. 216/2004 of the National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA) and by the provisions of INFOTEC 30-5/2024 of the Navy Supply Directorate.
