1. BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE The Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh (GOB) will provide fund from the Operating Budget towards the cost of Consultancy Services for Inspection, Data collection, Condition Evaluation and Data Entry of Bridges & Culverts of Dhaka Zone and Mymensingh Zone into Bridge Management System (BMS) of Roads and Highways Department. This service will pave the way to build a comprehensive database of bridges/culverts under RHD. The objective of this specific service is to establish a database of bridges/culverts for these two zones. 2.
