PREGÃO - CONTRATAÇÃO DE EMPRESA ESPECIALIZADA NA ELABORAÇÃO E EXECUÇÃO DO PLANO DE MANUTENÇÃO, OPERAÇÃO E CONTROLE (PMOC). O OBJETO COMPREENDE OS SERVIÇOS CONTINUADOS DE MANUTENÇÃO PREVENTIVA E CORRETIVA, INSTALAÇÃO, DESINSTALAÇÃO E REMANEJAMENTO DOS SISTEMAS DE CLIMATIZAÇÃO (TIPO SPLIT DE DIVERSAS CAPACIDADES TÉRMICAS) PERTENCENTES AO ACERVO PATRIMONIAL DA CÂMARA MUNICIPAL DE GASPAR, COM O FORNECIMENTO INTEGRAL DE PEÇAS DE REPOSIÇÃO E CARGA DE GÁS. ABRANGÊNCIA DOS SERVIÇOS: HIGIENIZAÇÃO, SANITIZAÇÃO E DESBACTERIZAÇÃO DOS CONDICIONADORES DE AR, CONFORME AS NORMAS VIGENTES, PARA GARANTIR A QUALIDADE DO AR INTERIOR. SERVIÇOS COMPLEMENTARES: MÃO DE OBRA QUALIFICADA PARA INTERVENÇÕES NA INFRAESTRUTURA TÉRMICA (INSTALAÇÕES E REALOCAÇÕES), GARANTINDO A SALUBRIDADE E CONFORTO TÉRMICO NOS AMBIENTES DA CÂMARA.

En anglais: TENDER - CONTRACTING OF A COMPANY SPECIALIZED IN THE PREPARATION AND EXECUTION OF THE MAINTENANCE, OPERATION AND CONTROL PLAN (PMOC). THE OBJECT COMPRISES CONTINUED PREVENTIVE AND CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES, INSTALLATION, UNINSTALLATION AND RELOCATION OF AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS (SPLIT TYPE OF VARIOUS THERMAL CAPACITIES) BELONGING TO THE ASSET HOLDINGS OF THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF GASPAR, WITH THE FULL SUPPLY OF REPLACEMENT PARTS AND GAS RECHARGE. SCOPE OF SERVICES: CLEANING, SANITIZATION AND DISINFECTION OF AIR CONDITIONERS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT STANDARDS, TO ENSURE INDOOR AIR QUALITY. COMPLEMENTARY SERVICES: QUALIFIED LABOR FOR INTERVENTIONS IN THERMAL INFRASTRUCTURE (INSTALLATIONS AND RELOCATIONS), ENSURING SALUBRITY AND THERMAL COMFORT IN THE COUNCIL'S ENVIRONMENTS.
