Contratação de solução de tecnologia da informação e comunicação de serviços de desenvolvimento e manutenção de soluções de software e de dados, incluindo gerência de projetos, agilidade, arquitetura, design, engenharia, elicitação de requisitos, análise, modelagem, codificação/parametrização, testes e controle de qualidade, por alocação de profissionais de TI, com dedicação exclusiva de mão de obra, e pagamento vinculado ao atendimento de níveis mínimos de serviço, nos moldes da Portaria SGD/MGI n° 750, de 2023, com vigência de 12 meses prorrogáveis, conforme condições, quantidades e exigências estabelecidas neste Edital e seus anexos.
