A contratação é necessária em razão das condições atuais da cobertura existente (fibrocimento), tornando necessária a substituição das telhas, a impermeabilização das calhas metálicas e a reposição das venezianas, de modo a proporcionar condições adequadas de segurança, funcionalidade e utilização. A não realização da intervenção poderá comprometer a utilização adequada do espaço e a continuidade das atividades, especialmente em razão das condições atuais da cobertura.

In English: The contracting is necessary due to the current conditions of the existing roof covering (fiber cement), making it necessary to replace the tiles, waterproof the metal gutters and replace the shutters, in order to provide adequate conditions of safety, functionality and use. Failure to carry out the intervention may compromise the adequate use of the space and the continuity of activities, especially due to the current conditions of the roof covering.
