Contratação de empresa especializada para execução de serviços de desinsetização e desratização nas unidades do SAMAE de Japurá-PR, abrangendo área total aproximada de 2.500 m² e área construída de 936,24 m², pelo período de 12 meses, com aplicação trimestral de produtos domissanitários de uso profissional devidamente registrados no Ministério da Saúde, em conformidade com a Resolução RDC Nº 622/2022, incluindo monitoramento mensal interno e externo dos prédios, reaplicação de inseticidas e raticidas nos pontos críticos de controle, bem como emissão de certificado e relatório técnico após cada ciclo de aplicação.

英文: Contracting of a specialized company for the execution of disinsectization and deratization services at the SAMAE units of Japurá-PR, covering a total area of approximately 2,500 m² and a built area of 936.24 m², for a period of 12 months, with quarterly application of professional-use household sanitizing products duly registered with the Ministry of Health, in accordance with RDC Resolution No. 622/2022, including monthly internal and external monitoring of the buildings, reapplication of insecticides and rodenticides at critical control points, as well as issuance of a certificate and technical report after each application cycle.
