Plans and the free trial

ScoutTide has two plans: Individual and Team. Both start with a 14 day free trial, and no card is needed. Nothing is charged until you subscribe.

Individual

Individual is for one person working alone. It has one seat. Your workspace is created the moment you sign in, with no team and no setup.

With Individual you get your tender queue, social leads, your pipeline, feeds, the morning digest, exports, outcomes and renewals.

Team

Team is for a group that works one queue together. It includes everything in Individual, plus:

• several seats, so colleagues join your organisation
• roles: members and managers
• invitations, and automatic joining for colleagues on your company's email domain
• Team pipeline, where managers see every tender the team has claimed
• assigning and reassigning work between colleagues
• Team activity, a full history of every claim and stage change

When colleagues accept an invitation, they join your organisation and its plan covers them. They do not choose a plan or start a trial of their own.

What the limits cover

Each plan sets limits on:

• seats, the people who can sign in (pending invitations count)
• products you can describe
• document storage, and the size of the largest document
• how many tenders and social leads the AI reviews each day

Choose a plan when you sign up

1. Go to Sign up.
2. Under Plan, choose Individual, just me or Team, my colleagues join too.
3. Fill in the rest of the form and select Create account.

During the trial

A banner tells you how many days of your free trial are left. The Billing page shows the same count, with the words "Nothing is charged until you subscribe."

You can switch plan during the trial:

1. Open the menu under your initials and choose Billing.
2. Under Plans, select Switch to Team or Switch to Individual.

Switching during the trial changes your limits straight away and charges nothing. To move to Individual, you first need to be within its limits: one seat and its number of products. Remove members or products first if the page asks you to.

Subscribe

When you are ready, choose how to pay on the Billing page: Subscribe monthly or Subscribe yearly. Checkout opens on the page. You can subscribe at any time during the trial. See Billing for details.

Only a manager can choose a plan. A member sees "Ask a manager of your organisation to choose a plan."

When the trial ends

If you have not subscribed, your plan ends. Everything you saved is still there. The AI features, such as matching and translations, pause, and so does adding seats, products and documents. Choose a plan at any time to switch them back on.
