Working your leads
Set aside and Put back
Find everything held out of your queue, by the AI or by you, on the Set aside page, and return any of it with Put back.
Nothing ScoutTide holds out of your queue is deleted. It all collects on one page, Set aside: "Everything held out of your queue: what the AI set aside and what you did." From there, Put back returns anything to your queue.
What ends up on Set aside
- AI filtered: tenders and posts the AI read against your products and judged not to fit, for example a different kind of work, or a post from someone who is not looking to buy. Each one shows the reason.
- Not a lead: items you marked as the wrong kind of work. They stay here until they expire.
- Ignored: items you hid one at a time. Nothing was learned from them.
Open the Set aside page
- Select Set aside in the app menu.
- The top of the page shows how many items are set aside.
- Use the filters on the left to narrow the list.
You can also get there from the line at the top of the Tenders or Social leads tab, which shows how many items were set aside by AI.
Filter the list
Under Set aside by, choose:
- All: everything, whoever set it aside.
- AI filtered: only what the AI held back.
- Not a lead: only what you or your team marked not a lead.
- Ignored: only what you or your team ignored.
Each option shows a count. Under Kind, choose Tenders or Social leads to see one kind at a time, or any for both.
The usual filters, search box and sort order from your queue work here too. The list rests on Closing soonest, and you can switch to Recently published, Highest value or Best match.
Put something back
- Find the item on the Set aside page.
- Open its row menu.
- Select Put back.
A message confirms it: "Back in the queue." The item returns to your Tenders or Social leads list.
You can also put an item back from its own page. Open it and select Put back in the queue.
Putting back what the AI filtered
When you put back an item the AI set aside, you are telling ScoutTide the AI was wrong about this one. It is restored to your queue for good: "Back in the queue. The model will not hide this one from you again." Your decision always outranks the AI, and an item you put back is never judged again.
If the AI keeps setting aside work you want, check your product description and search phrases. See Search phrases.
Other actions in the row menu
- Keep: keep the item after it expires, so it stays on the list. Nothing else changes.
- View at source: open the original notice on the publisher's site. For a social lead this reads Open the original thread.
Rules the queue has learned
Under the All and Not a lead filters, the page also shows Hidden by the system. These are patterns ScoutTide noticed after you marked several similar leads as not a lead. Each rule shows how many open tenders it is hiding. Select Stop hiding these to switch a rule off, and those tenders reach your queue again. See Keep, Ignore and Not a lead.
When the page is empty
If nothing has been held back yet, the page says so: "Nothing has been held out of your queue yet, by you or the AI." If you see "Nothing matches these filters", clear a filter or the search.
