Tenders
Read a tender row
What each part of a tender row means: the deadline box, title, buyer and country, AI score, matched product, topic chips and the row menu.
Every tender in your queue is one row. Read left to right, a row tells you when the tender closes, who is buying, how well it fits and which product it matched. Choose How to read a row above the list for a short key on screen.
The deadline box
The box at the start of the row shows how long is left, such as 3d, with the closing date below it. Dates and times follow your time zone, which you set under Account.
- no date means the buyer published no deadline.
- Standing list marks a qualification system or dynamic purchasing system. Suppliers can join until the date shown.
- A small × count means the tender has several lots with their own deadlines. The box shows the earliest.
The title
The title is the buyer's own. A title written all in capitals is shown in sentence case so it is easier to read. A translate icon at the start of the line below means the title was translated for you. Open the row to see the original.
Country, buyer and category
The line under the title shows the buyer's country, the buyer's name and the category of the work, separated by dots. When the buyer is not a government body, a chip says what kind of buyer it is, such as State-owned company, Development bank or UN, NGO or Private company.
The chips
- AI score, such as AI 82. How closely the tender fits your products, from 0 to 100. Green is 70 or more, amber 40 to 69, grey below 40. Point at it to read the AI's reason. The score is a guide for ordering the list, not a verdict.
- Possible fit. Part of the tender may suit your products, though not its main deliverable. Read the reason before you spend time on it.
- matches: followed by a product name. The product the AI read this tender as work for.
- Topic chips. Topics the AI read in the notice. Point at +N to see the rest. The AI wrote these labels, not the buyer.
- Condition chip, marked ⓘ, such as reference contracts. A compliance condition the tender states, such as a bid bond or references. It does not change your match. Open the tender to read the wording and decide whether you can meet it.
- new. The tender arrived recently.
- Not checked by AI yet. The AI has not checked this tender against your products yet.
- Not AI-checked. Today's AI review limit was reached. The tender is still listed, and the AI reads it from 00:00 UTC.
Your own marks
A row also shows what you and your team have done with it:
- yours means you claimed it. A colleague's name, or claimed, means someone else did.
- A stage chip shows where a claimed tender is in your pipeline.
- Viewed means you opened it. You worked on this means you took an action on it. Point at the mark to see how many notes and documents you added.
The row menu
Open the row menu to act without opening the tender:
- Claim or Release
- Keep or Kept
- Ignore
- Not a lead
- View at source, which opens the notice on the buyer's portal
To read the full notice, the AI's reason and how to apply, open the row itself. See The tender page.
