Tenders
Your tender queue
The Tenders tab lists the open public tenders the AI matched to your products, best match first. Learn what the queue shows and how to work it.
Your tender queue is the list on the Tenders tab. It holds the open public tenders that the AI judged a fit for your products, with the best match at the top. This is where you spend most of your time in ScoutTide.
What the queue is
When you add a product, ScoutTide reads new tenders against it as they arrive. The AI scores each one from 0 to 100 and keeps the ones that fit. Those tenders appear under the heading Matched to your products.
Above the list, a line tells you how many tenders are AI-matched to your products, and how many were set aside by AI. Tenders set aside were judged to be a different kind of work. Each one shows its reason, and you can put it back.
If the list is empty, the AI may still be reading the first tenders for you. Results usually appear within a few minutes. See No matches yet.
The buttons above the list
- How to read a row explains the chips you see on each row. See Read a tender row.
- Save search appears once you filter, sort or search. It keeps that view so you can come back to it, and can add it to your morning digest.
- Export downloads the rows on screen as Excel, CSV or PDF. See Export a list.
- Add your own tender lets you add a lead that came by phone, referral or trade fair. It joins your pipeline, claimed by you.
Order and home country
The queue opens sorted by Best match. When ScoutTide knows which country your organisation is based in, it lists that country's tenders first, with a label such as United Kingdom first. Choose Mix all countries to rank every country together.
You can also sort by Closing soonest, Recently published or Highest value, and choose how many rows a page shows: 20, 50 or 100. See Filter, sort and search.
Work the queue
- Read the row: deadline, buyer, country and AI score.
- Open the tender to see why it matched and how to apply.
- Decide what to do with it.
Each row has a menu with the actions you need:
- Claim makes the tender yours. It moves to My pipeline and off your colleagues' list.
- Keep keeps a tender on your list after its deadline passes. Nothing else changes.
- Ignore hides just this one. Nothing is learned, and similar tenders still arrive.
- Not a lead tells the AI this kind of work is not for you. After three like it, similar tenders stop arriving.
Nothing is ever deleted. Tenders you or the AI set aside are listed under Set aside, and Put back returns one to your queue. See Keep, Ignore and Not a lead.
Tenders closing today
When some tenders in your list close today, a banner says how many will be removed. Choose Show them to see them, or Keep all to keep them on your list after the deadline.
New tenders while you look
The AI checks new tenders all day. When new matches arrive while the page is open, a line says New tenders have arrived. Choose Show them to refresh the list.
Beyond your matches
The queue shows only tenders matched to your products. To search every open tender ScoutTide holds, switch the search box to Tender universe. See Tender universe and saved searches.
